Frequently asked questions
No. Osprey delivers the trailer to your reserved campsite, completes the full setup, and returns to collect it after your stay. You never tow anything — just arrive and unpack.
We deliver and set up at Kokanee Provincial Campground, Woodbury Campground, Mirror Lake, and Kaslo City Campground. We also deliver to private residences with adequate access and setup space (an inspection is required). We do not deliver to Syringa, Davis Creek, or Summit Lake, and we don't service the East Shore (Crawford Bay, Riondel, Gray Creek) due to ferry wait times.
Delivery and setup is approximately C$200–C$240 depending on your destination, and applies to every reservation. Osprey confirms the exact charge with your invoice.
Delivery takes place between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Collection is at 10:00 a.m. on the morning of your departure.

No. Smoking is not allowed inside either trailer, including by friends or visitors. Evidence of smoking results in a C$400 cleaning charge.

Often, yes. Delivery to private residences is subject to safe access, adequate setup space, and Osprey's approval — an inspection is required to determine eligibility. Send us the address and we'll review it.
No. Once the trailer is positioned on your site it must stay there until Osprey collects it. Under no circumstances may the unit be moved by guests.
The 26 ft Keystone Cougar has a four-season package with both heat and air conditioning. RV air conditioners aren't designed to run continuously — turn the A/C off when you leave the unit, and if it ices up, switch it off for 2–3 hours to thaw.
Most sites at Kokanee are dry camping, so please conserve water. If you need a refill during your stay, a service fee equal to a delivery charge applies.
A minimum C$100 cleaning charge applies for exceptionally unclean units — dirty dishes, sinks, tubs, floors, or garbage left behind. Cleaning supplies, a broom, and a mop are provided to make tidy-up easy.
